Keto Avocado Pie is a delicious and healthy dessert that is perfect for those following a keto diet. It is rich in healthy fats and low in carbs, making it an ideal choice for keto dieters.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, half of the erythritol, and half of the coconut oil until well combined. This will be your pie crust.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish and bake for 10 minutes. Allow it to cool.
  4. In a blender, combine the avocados, the remaining erythritol, cocoa powder, the remaining coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour the avocado mixture over the cooled crust and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
