Keto Avocado Pie is a delicious and healthy dessert that is perfect for those following a keto diet. It is rich in healthy fats and low in carbs, making it an ideal choice for keto dieters.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 large ripe avocados
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 1/2 cup of erythritol or other keto-friendly sweetener
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup of coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, half of the erythritol, and half of the coconut oil until well combined. This will be your pie crust.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish and bake for 10 minutes. Allow it to cool.
- In a blender, combine the avocados, the remaining erythritol, cocoa powder, the remaining coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the avocado mixture over the cooled crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
