Keto Bacon and Eggs Plate is a simple, yet delicious breakfast meal that is perfect for those following a Ketogenic diet. This recipe is high in protein and healthy fats, and low in carbohydrates, making it ideal for maintaining a state of ketosis.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 slices of Bacon
- 2 large Eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of Butter
- Optional: Fresh herbs such as Parsley or Chives for garnish
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Start by cooking the Bacon in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook until crispy, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the Butter and let it melt.
- Crack the Eggs into the skillet and cook to your desired level of doneness. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the eggs with the cooked bacon. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
