This is a recipe for a delicious and nutritious Keto Baked Bacon Omelet. This dish is perfect for those following a Ketogenic diet as it is high in healthy fats and protein, and low in carbohydrates.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of chopped bacon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped bacon.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the omelet is set and lightly browned on top.
- Allow the omelet to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
