Keto Baked Eggs with Tarragon Chive Cream Sauce[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of fresh tarragon, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of fresh chives, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat. Add the tarragon and chives, stirring until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Grease 4 ramekins with the olive oil. Crack an egg into each ramekin.
- Pour the tarragon chive cream sauce over the eggs, dividing it evenly among the ramekins.
- Place the ramekins in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional chives if desired.
