Keto beef ramen
Keto Beef Ramen[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 lb beef (sliced thin)
- 2 zucchini (spiralized)
- 4 cups bone broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 egg (boiled)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Heat the sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add the beef and cook until browned.
- Add the bone broth, soy sauce, and mushrooms. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
- While the soup is simmering, prepare the zucchini noodles and boiled egg.
- Add the zucchini noodles to the soup and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the soup hot, topped with sliced green onions, boiled egg, and additional salt and pepper to taste.
