Keto Beef with Gravy and Cabbage Mash[edit | edit source]

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add the butter and melt. Add the garlic powder and onion powder and stir until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Return the beef to the pan and cover. Cook for about 30 minutes, or until the beef is tender.
  4. While the beef is cooking, prepare the cabbage mash. Cut the cabbage into chunks and boil until tender. Drain and return to the pot.
  5. Add the heavy cream to the cabbage and mash until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve the beef with the gravy and cabbage mash on the side.
