  1. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the shredded cabbage to the pan and stir to coat in the oil.

  4. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the pan and stir to combine.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the spices are well incorporated.
  6. Remove the pan from the heat and sprinkle the blue cheese over the top of the cabbage.
  7. Let the dish sit for a few minutes to allow the cheese to melt, then stir to combine.
