This is a delicious and easy to prepare recipe for a Keto Blue Cheese Cabbage Stir Fry. It's a perfect dish for those following a keto diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 head of cabbage, shredded
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of blue cheese, crumbled
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the shredded cabbage to the pan and stir to coat in the oil.
- Cook the cabbage, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes, or until it is tender and beginning to brown.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the pan and stir to combine.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the spices are well incorporated.
- Remove the pan from the heat and sprinkle the blue cheese over the top of the cabbage.
- Let the dish sit for a few minutes to allow the cheese to melt, then stir to combine.
