Keto Bread Twists are a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional bread. They are perfect for those following a Ketogenic diet as they are low in carbs and high in fats.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 1/2 cups of Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup of Coconut Flour
- 1 teaspoon of Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of Xanthan Gum
- 1/2 teaspoon of Salt
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/4 cup of Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup of warm Water
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, and warm water.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and roll each part into a long, thin rope.
- Twist two ropes together to form a twist. Repeat with the remaining dough.
- Place the twists on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow the bread twists to cool before serving.
