Keto Bread Twists are a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional bread. They are perfect for those following a Ketogenic diet as they are low in carbs and high in fats.

Instructions[edit | edit source]

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, and warm water.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
  5. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and roll each part into a long, thin rope.
  6. Twist two ropes together to form a twist. Repeat with the remaining dough.
  7. Place the twists on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Allow the bread twists to cool before serving.
