Keto Breakfast with Fried Eggs, Tomato, and Cheese[edit | edit source]
This is a simple and delicious keto breakfast recipe that includes fried eggs, tomato, and cheese. It's a great way to start your day with a healthy and satisfying meal.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 large eggs
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- Crack the eggs into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
- While the eggs are cooking, slice the tomato and set aside.
- Once the eggs are cooked, sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top and cover the pan to allow the cheese to melt.
- Arrange the sliced tomatoes on a plate and place the cooked eggs on top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
