Keto Breakfast with Fried Eggs, Tomato, and Cheese[edit | edit source]

This is a simple and delicious keto breakfast recipe that includes fried eggs, tomato, and cheese. It's a great way to start your day with a healthy and satisfying meal.

Ingredients[edit | edit source]

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions[edit | edit source]

  1. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
  3. While the eggs are cooking, slice the tomato and set aside.
  4. Once the eggs are cooked, sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top and cover the pan to allow the cheese to melt.
  5. Arrange the sliced tomatoes on a plate and place the cooked eggs on top.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
