Keto Burger Cabbage Plate is a delicious, low-carb meal that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and packed with flavor.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 lb of ground beef
- 1/2 head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until browned.
- Add the onion and garlic to the pan and cook until the onion is translucent.
- Add the cabbage, tomato, salt, and pepper to the pan and cook until the cabbage is tender.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the mixture and cover the pan. Allow the cheese to melt.
- Serve the Keto Burger Cabbage Plate hot.
