This is a delicious and healthy recipe for Keto Butter Fried Fish with Tandoori Sauce. It's perfect for those following a keto diet as it's low in carbs and high in healthy fats.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 fillets of white fish
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 2 tablespoons of tandoori masala
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

- Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat the butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the fish fillets to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- In a separate pan, heat the tandoori masala for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
