Keto Caprese Chicken is a delicious and healthy dish that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and packed with flavors from fresh basil, mozzarella cheese, and ripe tomatoes.

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Remove the skillet from the heat and top each chicken breast with a slice of mozzarella cheese and a few slices of tomato.
  6. Sprinkle the minced garlic and fresh basil leaves over the top.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
  8. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
