Keto Cheese Roll Ups are a quick and easy snack that are perfect for those following a keto diet. They are high in fat and protein, and low in carbs, making them a great choice for a keto-friendly meal.

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Place the cheddar cheese slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and edges are slightly browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Place a slice of provolone cheese on each cheddar cheese slice.
  6. Top each with a slice of deli meat.
  7. If desired, spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or mustard on the deli meat.
  8. Place a pickle spear at one end of each cheese and meat stack.
  9. Roll up each stack around the pickle spear.
  10. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
