Keto Cheese Roll Ups are a quick and easy snack that are perfect for those following a keto diet. They are high in fat and protein, and low in carbs, making them a great choice for a keto-friendly meal.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 8 slices of Cheddar cheese
- 8 slices of Provolone cheese
- 8 slices of Deli meat (turkey, ham, or roast beef)
- Mayonnaise or Mustard (optional)
- Pickle spears (optional)
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Place the cheddar cheese slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and edges are slightly browned, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 1-2 minutes.
- Place a slice of provolone cheese on each cheddar cheese slice.
- Top each with a slice of deli meat.
- If desired, spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or mustard on the deli meat.
- Place a pickle spear at one end of each cheese and meat stack.
- Roll up each stack around the pickle spear.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
