Keto Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti Squash[edit | edit source]

Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 medium spaghetti squash
- 2 cups of shredded chicken
- 1 cup of cheese
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- Place the spaghetti squash cut side down on a baking sheet and bake for about 40 minutes, or until the flesh is tender.
- While the spaghetti squash is baking, cook the shredded chicken in a skillet over medium heat until it is no longer pink.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cheese, cream, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Once the spaghetti squash is done baking, use a fork to scrape out the flesh into the bowl with the chicken mixture.
- Mix everything together until it is well combined.
- Spoon the mixture back into the spaghetti squash shells and sprinkle with additional cheese.
- Bake for another 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
