This is a recipe for a delicious and healthy Keto Chicken Cabbage Plate. It's a perfect meal for those following a Ketogenic diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 Cabbage head
- 2 tablespoons of Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of Onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of Paprika
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.
- Cut the cabbage into thin strips and add them to the bowl with the chicken.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken and cabbage, then sprinkle the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika on top.
- Toss everything together until the chicken and cabbage are evenly coated in the oil and spices.
- Spread the chicken and cabbage out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cabbage is tender and slightly caramelized.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
