This is a delicious and hearty recipe for a Keto Chicken Curry Pie. It's perfect for those following a keto diet and is packed with flavor.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 500g chicken breast, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 180C/350F.
- In a large pan, melt the butter and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
- Add the chicken to the pan and cook until browned.
- Stir in the curry powder, then add the chicken broth and coconut milk. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour and coconut flour.
- Pour the chicken mixture into a pie dish, then top with the flour mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
