Keto Chicken Fritters are a delicious and easy to prepare dish that is perfect for those following a keto diet. They are packed with protein and healthy fats, making them a great choice for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 lb chicken breast, ground
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil for frying
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Using a spoon, scoop out the chicken mixture and form into patties. Place the patties in the skillet.
- Cook the fritters for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the fritters from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite keto-friendly dipping sauce.
