Keto Chimichurri is a flavorful and healthy sauce that is perfect for those following a keto diet. It's made with fresh herbs, garlic, vinegar, and oil. This recipe is quick and easy to prepare, and it's a great way to add flavor to grilled meats and vegetables.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup fresh oregano
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

- Wash and dry the parsley and oregano. Remove the leaves from the stems.
- Peel the garlic cloves.
- In a food processor, combine the parsley, oregano, garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper. If desired, add the red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
- Pulse until the ingredients are well combined but still a bit chunky. You don't want to puree the mixture.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
- Serve the chimichurri immediately, or store it in the refrigerator for up to a week.
