Keto Coconut Flour Bread is a delicious, low-carb alternative to traditional bread. It's made with coconut flour, which is high in fiber and perfect for those following a keto diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1/2 cup of coconut flour
- 5 large eggs
- 1/4 cup of butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the coconut flour, salt, and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and then add the melted butter.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet, stirring until fully combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
