- 200g of Crab meat
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of Parsley (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of Lemon juice (optional)

- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
