Keto Dairy-Free Latte is a delicious and healthy beverage that is perfect for those following a keto diet. It is dairy-free, making it suitable for those with lactose intolerance or those who prefer to avoid dairy.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup of Almond Milk
- 1 shot of Espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed Coffee
- 1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil
- 1 tablespoon of MCT Oil
- Stevia or other keto-friendly sweetener to taste
- A pinch of Cinnamon (optional)

- Heat the almond milk in a saucepan over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
- Brew a shot of espresso or make half a cup of strong coffee.
- In a blender, combine the hot almond milk, coffee, coconut oil, MCT oil, and sweetener.
- Blend until frothy and well combined.
- Pour into a mug and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
