Keto Egg Muffins are a delicious and easy-to-make breakfast option for those following a keto diet. They are high in protein and low in carbs, making them a perfect choice for a keto-friendly meal.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup onions, diced
- 1/4 cup spinach, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
- Spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the cheese, bell peppers, onions, and spinach.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg muffins are set in the middle.
- Allow the muffins to cool for a few minutes before removing them from the tin.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
