This is a recipe for a delicious and healthy Keto Egg Roll in a Bowl. It's a quick and easy meal that's perfect for anyone following a ketogenic diet.

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground pork over medium heat. Drain the excess fat.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the shredded cabbage, sesame oil, soy sauce, and grated ginger. Cook until the cabbage is tender.
  4. Push the mixture to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs and then mix them into the cabbage and pork mixture.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving.
