This is a recipe for a delicious and healthy Keto Egg Roll in a Bowl. It's a quick and easy meal that's perfect for anyone following a ketogenic diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 head cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- In a large skillet, brown the ground pork over medium heat. Drain the excess fat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the shredded cabbage, sesame oil, soy sauce, and grated ginger. Cook until the cabbage is tender.
- Push the mixture to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs and then mix them into the cabbage and pork mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
