Keto French Quiche is a delicious and healthy dish that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and packed with flavor.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 Almond Flour crust
- 5 large Eggs
- 1 cup of Heavy Cream
- 1 cup of shredded Gruyere Cheese
- 1/2 cup of chopped Spinach
- 1/2 cup of diced Ham
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Prepare the almond flour crust according to the package instructions and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded gruyere cheese, chopped spinach, and diced ham.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared almond flour crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly browned on top.
- Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
