  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each piece of chicken into the eggs, then coat in the almond flour mixture.
  5. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  7. While the chicken is cooking, steam the broccoli until tender.
  8. Serve the fried chicken with the steamed broccoli on the side.
