  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix together almond flour, parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then coat in the almond flour mixture. Place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  6. While the chicken is baking, cut the broccoli into florets and steam until tender.
  7. Melt the butter and toss with the steamed broccoli.
  8. Serve the keto fried chicken with the buttered broccoli.
