Keto Fried Chicken Broccoli Butter[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 Chicken breasts
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Eggs
- 1 head of Broccoli
- 2 tbsp Butter
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix together almond flour, parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then coat in the almond flour mixture. Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- While the chicken is baking, cut the broccoli into florets and steam until tender.
- Melt the butter and toss with the steamed broccoli.
- Serve the keto fried chicken with the buttered broccoli.
