Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- Chicken (500g)
- Cabbage (1 medium-sized head)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Paprika (1 teaspoon)
- Cayenne pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the chicken to the pan and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
- While the chicken is cooking, chop the cabbage into thin strips.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the chopped cabbage to the pan and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the pan and stir to combine with the cabbage.
- Serve the Keto Fried Chicken Cabbage hot.
