Keto Fried Eggs with Kale and Pork[edit | edit source]
This is a delicious and nutritious recipe for Keto Fried Eggs with Kale and Pork. It's a perfect meal for those following a keto diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups chopped Kale
- 200g Pork belly, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
- Salt and Black pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the pork belly slices and cook until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the chopped kale and cook until wilted.
- Push the kale to one side of the pan and add the remaining tablespoon of coconut oil.
- Crack the eggs into the pan and cook to your liking.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the eggs with the kale and crispy pork belly.
