Keto Fried Halloumi Cheese Mushrooms[edit | edit source]

Instructions[edit | edit source]

  1. Slice the Halloumi cheese into 1cm thick pieces.
  2. Clean the Mushrooms and slice them.
  3. Heat the Olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the Halloumi cheese slices to the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add the sliced Mushrooms and cook until they are soft and browned.
  6. Season the mushrooms with Garlic powder, salt, and Black pepper.
  7. Return the fried Halloumi cheese to the pan and mix well with the mushrooms.
  8. Garnish with fresh Parsley before serving.
