Keto fried halloumi cheese mushrooms
Keto Fried Halloumi Cheese Mushrooms[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 200g Halloumi cheese
- 200g Mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Salt and Black pepper to taste
- Fresh Parsley for garnish
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Slice the Halloumi cheese into 1cm thick pieces.
- Clean the Mushrooms and slice them.
- Heat the Olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the Halloumi cheese slices to the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the sliced Mushrooms and cook until they are soft and browned.
- Season the mushrooms with Garlic powder, salt, and Black pepper.
- Return the fried Halloumi cheese to the pan and mix well with the mushrooms.
- Garnish with fresh Parsley before serving.
