Keto Fried Salmon Asparagus[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 Salmon fillets
- 1 bunch of Asparagus
- 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of Garlic powder
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon of fresh Dill
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Place the salmon fillets and asparagus on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon and asparagus. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the asparagus is tender.
- Drizzle the lemon juice over the cooked salmon and asparagus. Sprinkle with fresh dill before serving.
