Keto Fried Salmon with Broccoli and Lemon Mayo[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 Salmon fillets
- 1 Broccoli head, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 Lemon, juiced and zested
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tbsp of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast the salmon in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until it's cooked to your liking.
- While the salmon is cooking, steam the broccoli florets until they're tender. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest, and minced garlic. Stir until well combined.
- Once the salmon and broccoli are done, serve them with a generous dollop of the lemon mayo on top.
