Keto Gremolata Oil is a flavorful and healthy addition to any keto diet. It's a simple recipe that combines the fresh flavors of lemon, garlic, and parsley to create a versatile oil that can be used in a variety of dishes.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- In a small bowl, combine the lemon zest, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
- Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat until it is warm but not hot.
- Remove the oil from the heat and add the lemon, garlic, and parsley mixture. Stir well to combine.
- Allow the oil to cool to room temperature. Once cooled, transfer the oil to a glass jar and seal tightly.
- The oil can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Use it as a dressing for salads, a marinade for meats, or a drizzle over roasted vegetables.
