Keto Grilled White Fish with Zucchini and Kale Pesto[edit | edit source]

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Season the white fish fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the fish on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through.
  4. While the fish is cooking, prepare the zucchini and kale pesto.
  5. In a food processor, combine the zucchini, kale, olive oil, parmesan cheese, and garlic.
  6. Process until smooth, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Once the fish is done, serve it with a generous dollop of the zucchini and kale pesto on top.
