- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until they are soft and fragrant.
