Keto Ground Beef Plate is a delicious and nutritious meal that is perfect for those following a Keto Diet. It is easy to prepare and packed with flavors that will satisfy your taste buds.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 500g of Ground Beef
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of Garlic, minced
- 1 Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1 Tomato, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of Paprika
- 1 teaspoon of Cumin
- 1/2 cup of Cheese, shredded
- Fresh Parsley for garnish
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Heat the Olive Oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the Onion and Garlic to the pan and sauté until they become translucent.
- Add the Ground Beef to the pan and cook until it is browned.
- Add the Bell Pepper, Tomato, Paprika, and Cumin to the pan. Stir well to combine.
- Season with Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle the Cheese over the top of the beef mixture. Cover the pan and let it melt.
- Garnish with fresh Parsley before serving.
