Keto Ham Croquettes are a delicious and healthy snack that are perfect for those following a keto diet. They are easy to prepare and packed with flavor.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 cups of cooked ham, finely chopped
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 1/2 cup of grated cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped ham, almond flour, grated cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into small balls or patties.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the croquettes in the oil until they are golden brown on all sides. This should take about 3-5 minutes per side.
- Once cooked, remove the croquettes from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain any excess oil.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
