Keto Hamburger Patties with Tomato Sauce and Cabbage[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 500g of Ground Beef
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup of Almond Flour
- 1/2 cup of Tomato Sauce
- 1 Cabbage
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, parmesan cheese, and almond flour. Season with salt and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into patties.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the patties and cook until browned on both sides.
- While the patties are cooking, chop the cabbage into thin strips.
- In a separate pan, heat the tomato sauce over medium heat. Add the cabbage and cook until tender.
- Serve the patties with the tomato sauce and cabbage.
