Keto Hot Chocolate is a delicious, low-carb alternative to traditional hot chocolate. It's creamy, rich, and perfect for those following a keto diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons of erythritol or other keto-friendly sweetener
- 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream
- A pinch of sea salt
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- In a medium saucepan, combine the almond milk, cocoa powder, erythritol, and sea salt.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until the cocoa and erythritol are fully dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and heavy cream.
- Pour into mugs and serve hot.
