Keto hot dog buns are a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional hot dog buns. They are low in carbs and high in fiber, making them perfect for those following a keto diet.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and sea salt.
  3. Add the apple cider vinegar and egg whites to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Slowly add the boiling water to the mixture while stirring.
  5. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts and shape each part into a bun.
  6. Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown and firm to the touch.
  8. Allow the buns to cool before slicing and serving.
