Keto Iced Coffee[edit | edit source]
Keto Iced Coffee is a refreshing and energizing beverage that is perfect for the ketogenic diet. It is low in carbs, high in fat, and packed with flavor.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup of brewed coffee
- 1 tablespoon of MCT oil or coconut oil
- 1/4 cup of almond milk
- 1-2 packets of stevia or other keto-friendly sweetener
- Ice cubes
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Brew a cup of your favorite coffee and let it cool.
- Once the coffee is cooled, pour it into a blender.
- Add the MCT oil or coconut oil, almond milk, and sweetener to the blender.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
- Pour the mixture over ice in a glass and enjoy your Keto Iced Coffee.
