Keto Italian Cabbage Stir Fry[edit | edit source]
This is a recipe for a delicious and healthy Keto Italian Cabbage Stir Fry. It's a perfect dish for those following a keto diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 head of cabbage, shredded
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and sauté until they become translucent.
- Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until it's browned.
- Add the shredded cabbage, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning to the pan. Stir well to combine.
- Cover the pan and let it cook for about 10 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top of the stir fry just before serving.
