Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup Marinara Sauce, sugar-free
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, grated Parmesan cheese, almond flour, chopped parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are browned and cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Once the meatballs are done, transfer them to the skillet with the marinara sauce and gently toss to coat.
- Drizzle the meatballs with olive oil before serving.
