Keto Lamb Sliders with Feta Cheese Dressing[edit | edit source]

Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 500g minced lamb
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 100g feta cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp dill, chopped
- lettuce leaves for serving
- tomato slices for serving
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- In a large bowl, combine the minced lamb, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into small patties and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the feta cheese dressing. In a small bowl, combine the feta cheese, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and dill. Mix well.
- To serve, place a lamb patty on a lettuce leaf, top with a slice of tomato and a dollop of feta cheese dressing.
