Keto Lamb Stew with Dill Sauce and Green Beans[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 500g lamb shoulder, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the lamb chunks and brown on all sides. Remove the lamb and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.
- Return the lamb to the pot, add the chicken broth, and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour, add the green beans and dill to the pot. Continue to cook for another 15 minutes, or until the green beans are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
