Keto No Noodle Chicken Soup[edit | edit source]
This is a recipe for a delicious and hearty Keto No Noodle Chicken Soup. It's perfect for those on a keto diet as it's low in carbs and high in protein.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 lb chicken breast, boneless and skinless
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
- Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the onion, celery, and carrots. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Cook for another minute.
- Return the chicken to the pot and add the chicken broth.
- Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
