Keto Pastrami Salad with Fried Eggs and Croutons[edit | edit source]

Instructions[edit | edit source]

  1. Cut the Keto bread into small cubes to make croutons. Heat 1 tbsp of Olive oil in a pan and fry the bread cubes until they are crispy. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, fry the Pastrami until it is crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, fry the Eggs to your liking.
  4. While the eggs are frying, chop the Romaine lettuce and place it in a large bowl. Add the crispy pastrami and croutons.
  5. Grate the Parmesan cheese over the salad and drizzle with the remaining Olive oil. Season with Salt and Pepper.
  6. Once the eggs are done, place them on top of the salad. Serve immediately.
