Keto pastrami salad fried eggs croutons
Keto Pastrami Salad with Fried Eggs and Croutons[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 200g Pastrami
- 2 Eggs
- 1 head of Romaine lettuce
- 50g Parmesan cheese
- 2 slices of Keto bread
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Cut the Keto bread into small cubes to make croutons. Heat 1 tbsp of Olive oil in a pan and fry the bread cubes until they are crispy. Set aside.
- In the same pan, fry the Pastrami until it is crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, fry the Eggs to your liking.
- While the eggs are frying, chop the Romaine lettuce and place it in a large bowl. Add the crispy pastrami and croutons.
- Grate the Parmesan cheese over the salad and drizzle with the remaining Olive oil. Season with Salt and Pepper.
- Once the eggs are done, place them on top of the salad. Serve immediately.
