Keto Pimiento Cheese Meatballs[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup Pimiento Cheese
- 1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, pimiento cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the meatballs to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
