  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, pimiento cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer the meatballs to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
