Keto Pork Chops Cabbage Casserole[edit | edit source]

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the pork chops and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet and cook until it begins to wilt, about 10 minutes.
  5. Pour the heavy cream over the cabbage and stir to combine. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. In a large casserole dish, layer the cabbage mixture, then the pork chops, and finally the cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
