Keto Pork Chops Cabbage Casserole[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 Pork Chops
- 1 head of Cabbage
- 1 cup of Heavy Cream
- 2 cups of Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Onion
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the pork chops and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet and cook until it begins to wilt, about 10 minutes.
- Pour the heavy cream over the cabbage and stir to combine. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- In a large casserole dish, layer the cabbage mixture, then the pork chops, and finally the cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
