Keto Pork Green Pepper Stir Fry[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 500g Pork loin, thinly sliced
- 2 Green bell peppers, sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- Salt and Black pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the pork loin slices to the pan and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the garlic and onion and cook until the onion is translucent.
- Add the green bell peppers to the pan and cook until they are tender.
- Return the pork to the pan and add the soy sauce. Stir to combine.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Cook for a few more minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
- Serve hot.
