Keto Pork Green Pepper Stir Fry[edit | edit source]

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the pork loin slices to the pan and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the garlic and onion and cook until the onion is translucent.
  4. Add the green bell peppers to the pan and cook until they are tender.
  5. Return the pork to the pan and add the soy sauce. Stir to combine.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Cook for a few more minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
  8. Serve hot.
