Keto Roast Chicken with Broccoli and Garlic Butter[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 whole Chicken
- 1 head of Broccoli
- 4 cloves of Garlic
- 1/2 cup of Butter
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon of Paprika
- 1 teaspoon of Thyme
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Rinse the chicken and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the garlic butter mixture all over the chicken, making sure to get under the skin.
- Place the chicken in a roasting pan and drizzle with olive oil.
- Roast the chicken in the preheated oven for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the juices run clear when you cut between a leg and thigh.
- While the chicken is roasting, cut the broccoli into florets and steam until tender.
- Serve the roast chicken with the steamed broccoli on the side.
